Our Vision
Youth Mentorship Program
For over 10 years, our Youth Mentorship Program has been dedicated to inspiring, guiding, and empowering young people to reach their full potential. We provide meaningful experiences through educational field trips that broaden their horizons and expose them to opportunities beyond their everyday environment.
In addition, we offer tutoring support and one-on-one mentorship for youth who need extra guidance academically and personally. Our mentors build strong, supportive relationships that encourage confidence, leadership, and positive decision-making.
Through this program, we are not just supporting students—we are shaping future leaders and helping youth see a path toward success.

At Operation D.E.F.R.O.S.T., our mentorship approach is centered on exposure, guidance, and consistent support. We believe that many young people are not lacking potential—they are lacking access. Our goal is to bridge that gap by creating opportunities that expand their vision and build confidence in who they can become.
Through educational field trips, we expose youth to new environments, careers, and experiences that broaden their horizons beyond their current circumstances. These moments help shift perspective and inspire purpose.
We pair this exposure with intentional mentorship and academic support, offering tutoring and one-on-one guidance for youth who need it most. Our mentors focus on building trust, encouraging positive decision-making, and helping students navigate both school and life challenges.
For over 10 years, this approach has allowed us to not only support students academically, but also empower them to see greater possibilities for their future and confidently pursue them.
Our Impact
For over 10 years, Operation D.E.F.R.O.S.T. has been committed to creating meaningful, lasting change in the lives of youth and families across Metro Atlanta. Through our mentorship program, we have empowered young people by providing the guidance, support, and exposure needed to help them grow academically, personally, and socially.
Our youth gain access to opportunities they may not otherwise experience—through educational field trips, tutoring support, and consistent mentorship. As a result, students build confidence, improve academic performance, and develop a stronger sense of direction for their future.
Beyond the classroom, our impact is reflected in the relationships we build. Many of the youth we serve become more engaged, motivated, and inspired to succeed. Some even return as leaders and role models, helping to uplift the next generation.
